2011 TL passenger airbag
 

I recently purchased rebuilt 2011 TL. The car had accident and both airbags were deployed. I noticed that "Passenger airbag off" is lighted only for few seconds after I turn ignition on and then goes off. Is this normal or it should be always ON when there is no passenger present ?
