2007 TL died while driving, won't start
 

2007 Acura TL, 130,000 miles died on the highway at night going 60ish. The battery charge is fine, does not lose charge with lights on (the alternator is fine). Will not start and when cranking the engine sounds "off," and I don't know how to describe that any better. No check engine light and no codes being thrown. Dash lights come on with the key in accessory mode, the fuel pump activates, and fuel pressure is fine at the rails. The timing mechanism is mechanically sound, with cams, cranks, and piston 1 all where they should be at top dead center. I tried replacing the ignition switch, cam sensor, and crank sensor all to no avail. Spark plugs spark and compression is present. I am lost, thinking the ECM is the problem. Any other thoughts?
