Default 2003 TL-S - Making it last - looks wise!

I've got 120k on my car and have decided to make a run for another 100k. I got the new tran at 65k. My questions are more apperance related. My ride is silver and it looks good, I just want keep it looking that way and improve a few things.
1) i have some small 1/4 inch paint chip spots on my hood. With paint jobs being so expensive. Is there something like using touch up paint then getting someone to clearcoat it. Has anyone done this? will it make my existing paint last longer? Is it worth it? how much?

2) My carpet got wet last summer and has a little reak to it and it is worn, cause I went w/o mats for a while. I want to replace it? with that new carpet smell. Answer: Replace the carpets and the matting

3) How to prevent your leather driver seat from cracking? cream? cover? Answer is all that you typed in here..I have leather and I use Lexal Products..

4) Touching up nicks in bumper? touch up paint? Answer: AutoZone sells a product called bumper paint made just for this

5) Touching up wheels by removing nicks? Answer: Auto Zone has kits also just for that.

I love this 2003, in fact I like the way it fits me better than any of the later models. Thanks in advance for feedback.
