2002 TL Ipod controller
 

I have an 02 TLs with Navigation and the CD changer has long since stopped working. I bought a USA Spec Ipod controller from Crutchfield, but I guess it is not recommended to work well. The module works sometimes, but even then it throws the radio into 'code mode' and I have to enter the security code. All of that is beside the point, has anyone found an Ipod controller that will work for this car? I really don't want to change the head unit.
