My 1998 Acura TL is having start problems. This began as an occasional problem, now it's every time. When I turn the key I hear what sounds like the starter (or a very small food processor) but no engine turnover. If I keep at it, it will eventually start. The battery seems to be good and has a full charge, which is about all the troubleshooting on this issue that I know to do. Do you think it's likely the starter, flywheel, or other??

That info is a little vague, but I do have two videos on my OneDrive that hopefully will help with the sound (hope the link works). Aside from the food processor analogy I don't know how else to convey the issue.
