Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix? We have a 2019 RDX. I have all my music CD's ripped to a flash drive. This drive is formatted to FAT32. About 30 percent of the time the USB port does not recognize the drive and there is nothing I can do to get it to play, except removing it, shutting off the car, etc. And sometimes that doesn't even work. Not very convenient on a trip! This has happened intermittently since new.

I have tried 3 different brand flash drives of varying sizes. About 2000 songs. They all work fine on my 2017 BMW and 2019 Harley.

Of course, when I had the dealer look at it, I could not duplicate the problem so they could not diagnose and fix.
