If I were to get a turbo what other maodifications do I need besides like the intercooler? Do i need to do an ecu upgrade?

 

i have found MOST turbo kits will give you what is needed to modify your fuel curves. and most do it with a external fuel pressure regulater. piggy backed inline with your stock 1.

the ECU is capable of reacting to the turbo correctly if the kit takes care of the needed extra fuel.

the only thing i have found that most kits neglect is propper heat shielding pain on hoods boil and wires burn all to often. so shop around.

 

You'll need a turbocharger, kpro(ecu),intercooler + piping, downpipe, dump tube, wastegate, blow off valve, boost solenoid, oil lines, fuel pump,and probably new injectors. the rest are small things like gaskets, heat sheilds/wrap, oil catch can, etc


But yes, most turbo kits include everything you need.Edited by: RSXcess201
