Hey guys im knew here and i have a ?Some one with a srt-4 wants to race me.He has a turboback,wga,intake and one of those big things in front of the radiator,what ever that is.I havea cat back and intake thats it.Will he kill me or will i beat him? I just want to know befor i make a ass out of myself. Thanks guys

Damn im going to have to do more to my car.I just orderd cams so with that and my cat back hopefully that should help.I think im going to buy headers also.I did not think those cars where that fast.Is it even the neon motor.

The big thing in front is an intercooler. He would have to be the worst driver on the planet to lose to you. A lot of people think that the SRT-4 is fast. Truth is it is a neon with a turbo. You turbo your car you will kill him but it sounds like you aren't very knowledgable on the turbo so keep asking questions if you need to.

Well if the srt4's are not fast then why are you saying he would have to be the worst driver on the planet to lose to me?does it have the neon motor in it?I was told it had something else in it with a turbo slipper. how much can headers add i got n 03 rsx n im tryin to make it good but i dont kno much bout cars... n alot of my friends sayin im wastein money for a sh*tty car n since i dont kno much other then 160 hp i dont kno sh*t wut makes my car fast.........

headers make your air intake and exhaust kick in. w/o headers they are not that much difference in your hp. Oh answer these questions for me. For your intake header and exhaust what brand do you have where did you buy them from and how much did they cost.

my best friend has an srt4 stage 2 completed.... that sh*t is fast but he said to me if i buy a turbo kit to my 02 acura type s and make him blow 15 LBS ... ill smoke him, i dunno if that is true but he seems so convience of what he's saying[img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]

My boy bought the 2005 SRT4 when it came out..


its a very nice car.... it has 240 horses stock. the car is very under rated... buttt look at how much of the value dropped in that car.


i dunno about you guys.. but im not a hugefan of american cars...

The SRT-4 is hardly a "neon" with a turbo.. you guys obviously dont do your research. Its not sporting the 2.0 peice of sh*t engine out of a neon.. its a 2.4 iron block A855 that is built for boost. Ive raced my friends 2002 RSX type S with Hondata, header, intake, exhaust, and i destroy him with just an intake in my srt..


Im not bashing RSX's at all.. there a nice looking car and i have nothing but respect for the potent K series engines. But when it comes to performance a 4 cylinder just cant be naturally aspirated. Whens the last time you came across an RSX sporting more than 400 Fwhp? never... unless its turboed... there are hundreds of SRT's over that mark.. and a few that are over 650 now...


our cars take nothing more than a 50 trim turbo to get gains breaking the 400 whp mark.. theres a complete kit by ams that gets a GT35R everything included 650 whp potential for 4k... how much money would have to go into an RSX to get that kinda power? i rest my case.. check out the forums and see for yourself.
