Hey everyone. I am new to the forums. I own a 2002 Acura RSX Type S. I purchased it with 65,000km. When I bought it I noticed there was a bit of a problem shifting into 2nd. I took it into 2 mechanics and both told me the clutch was gone. Great news. So, I phoned the dealership and they said " Bring it in, and we will replace the clutch with Acura parts for no cost ". I definetaly said alright! for sure. Anyways, long story short, got the clutch changed, at no cost, but now im noticing its still a bit rough shifting into 2nd gear from 1st. I have driven a standard for 2 1/2 years now, as my first car was a 1995 Acura Integra then I went to a 2006 Chevy Silverado, both which were standard and now I own the RSX Type S. Anyways, I've had the transmission oil changed prior to the clutch replacement. It only does it when the vehicle is cold, or its a really cold day. If the car is warmed up or its a warm day, it doesn't do it? Could it possibly just be the car and how it is, or maybe there is something internally wrong with the tranmission. I have a 4 year extended warranty on it, bumper to bumper, so If needed ill take it in to be fixed. Any reply's would be appreciated. Thank's
