15 inch rims???

im betting you put different rims on the vehicle and they are hitting your break calipers.

what size are your old wheels and tires?

i cant think of a single thing that would cause this if you used your original rims.

the only RSX's that came with 15 inch rims were the base canada cars. and are kinda rare.

please reply back and let us know what it was.
