The Sept 08 issue of Honda Tuning featured A 94 Integra with a RSX Type-S Motor in it that dynoed at 720hp and 540lb-ft torque at 30 PSI of boost. The car is owned by Eddie Meza of Carlson, CA. At this power level, The transmissions aren't holding together. I'd say 350hp-450hp turbo'd is a streetable number. the cost is hard to estimate. the chassis itself wasn't designed with that much power in mind. so chassis stiffening, suspension, axles and braking have to be upgraded for the new power. Big power numbers cost big money. not counting the cost of the car, you could easly spend 20k on a big power build that's reliable.
