I have the Amazon Prime Music app on my Iphone and it works perfectly the 1st time I use it, but after I turn off my 2023 RDX and start it up again, it automatically starts playing songs from Amazon Prime Music, but after each song ends I have to press the play button to listen to the next song.
It no longer advances to the next song like it did when first used.
Also if I try to stop Amazon Prime Music and listen to my FM radio it immediately switches back to playing Amazon Prime Music again.
My temporary solution is to delete the Amazon Prime Music app on my Iphone and then my FM radio works perfectly, and if I want to listen to Amazon Prime Music I just re-install the Amazon Prime Music app, but I'm hoping I'm just doing something wrong and someone can advise me of a solution.
I tried resetting the infotainment system but that didn't solve the problem.
It used to work ok again after resetting the infotainment console but that fix is no longer working.
I have an Iphone 14 Pro and a 2023 Acura RDX Platinum Elite A-Spec.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this setup because it worked fine when I first picked up the vehicle a year ago?
