SCAM ALERT!
I must completely agree with this being a total scam. This person communicated very well with me up until I sent him money through paypal then all contact basically stopped - its been 3+ weeks now!
I filed a claim with paypal a few days ago and he initiated a complete refund to me last night. I was happily surprised to see it end up this way - thought this guy would have been long gone with everyone's money. So, I would suggest going this route to get your money back - this is the very reason why I paid with paypal and not by money order, credit card, check, cash, etc.
Just bought ver 4.63 white disc for my 2005 acura mdx on ebay for $110 after tax! I hope everyone who has gotten taken ultimately has a good result in the end. Beware of this person.

 

i did the same thing and insisted paying thru paypal as well for that exact
reason. he said he would refund my money and paypal is involved but there
is no money to be had. i'll be interested to know if you get your money. its
been a month for me.

 

I initiated a claim with Paypal last week and then upgraded it to a dispute a couple of days later. I still have not heard back from him directly. But, I did get an email from paypal to me stating that this seller has initiated a full refund.... I dont have the $$ yet in my acct, its awaiting clearance (whatever that means).


Did you get this far from him and then in the end no money came? Because he definitiely initiated a refund.... we'll see.

 

</font>Time and Time again here in the forums I have said be careful when your purchasing something ..again I say ...always be careful from who you buy..One thing you can always do is get a Phone number and make sure you trace it to your seller, can't trace it to them...then don't think about trusting them with your money...

what happened with your guys' money ?? im in the process of trying to get my money back now from him via pay pal... what a jerk! did you find the cd elsewhere ?

 

I won the dispute with paypal but didnt get any money back. I sent him a nasty email letting him know exactly how I felt about him. I did get the CD (version 4.63) on ebay for $95 - works great.
