hey guys so My parents have been really impressed with all my sh*t lately and want to get me an rdx. I love the car but im worried next year it might be really amazing (I know its already insane) but you think they would tweak it much?

Spiez 11-09-2006 03:17 PM

they will probably work out some of the bugs i mean honda builds a great motor but this is the first HONDA mass produced stock turbo setup so waiting a year wouldnt be a terrible thing due to the fact that its almost a guarantee that they will change something about it

i agree

yea i drive them every day!! they are nice just wish it would push a little bit more then it does!! over all they are nice cars. they probably will change something i would wait!! a year is good!!

Yeah, with just about every new production car it's a good idea to wait 1-3 years... depending on how many bugs there are... usually things will be covered under warranty if there is a problem... but it's just so nice to not have to keep taking it back for the same mundane problems

But waiting 1 to 3 years is like going with out S - - !

Don't ya just want it NOW!

HONDA HAS BEEN MAKING TURBO CARS IN JAPAN FOR @20 YEARS. NO PROBLEMS THERE. THIS IS NOT THERE FIRST TURBO EXPERIENCE. I WORK ON RDX'S AND WE HAVE HAD NO BUGS OR PROBLEMS YET. THERE WONT BE MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN NEXT YEARS MODEL IF THERE IS ANY. THEY ARE PRETTY FAST BUT VERY EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT THEY ARE. 35-37K!? I CAN THINK OF SOME FASTER CARS FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY. MUGEN CIVIC SI - EVO - STI. LOL FROM ACURA LAND.
