It's entirely possible that this car was driven for 18K. Think about it, someone who only used it for errands, and/or a second or third car. It could have been used by a person who hardly drives, etc. Can't be rolled back, it's digital, and also the mileage is stored in the computer of the car. Also, the carfax does show the mileage from the first registration to the last, therefore it is accurate.

Oh about the dealers negotiation trick.I heard it in some forum.Its some thing which is so helpful for the car owners.Now no dealer will be able to trick the owner of the car.
