Dealer Broke my Power steering - advice
Hi -
I have 2006 TL with 35K miles. This weekend I took the car to the Acura
dealer to get new breaks and disk resurfacing. Dealer called me back a
few hours later with bad news. Somehow they accidentally broke my power
steering. Dealer claimed responsibility and fix. I will not get the car
back for another week due to a back order of the power steering
components.
I'm concerned with the long term effects on the car. Would they
have to de-mount my suspension or other components for this fix? What
kind of guarantees/perks should I ask for? Any advice would be
appreciated.
Thanks,
Bernard
