hey i got a 1994 integra ls non vtec...and so far on the engine ive put a injen cold air intake,2.5" piping all the way back to a Magnaflow high flow cat,Apexi N1 turboback muffler,AEM Underdrive Pulleys,and a Megan 421 two piece header....and the engine has 40k miles on it and the automatic tranny is built with heavy duty clutches and its ready to be abused...and im now ready for a turbo...but i need some help on what i need to put into my motor first where it wont blow...wut else do i need to do to prevent damage for a turbo?????????

most turbo kits will come with the goods to keep your engine from coming a part.

but unless your going inside the engine for mods i would stay under 5-7 pounds of boost.



superchargers are fun too but again keep the boost under 5-7 pounds or
you will tear up head gaskets due to cylinder walls moving around or
shorten a rod.
