whats up, new owner of an 05 TL

I just bought my 05 TL yesterday. Im lovin it so far, much better gas mileage than my old Silverado SS. I wanted a 6-speed but I didnt feel like waiting or traveling to get one. This one is mint and I got a pretty good deal on it. I think Im gonna get 07 Type-S tails and maybe some new headlights, the plastic lens is starting to look worn. Other than that Im not gonna do much for a while. Maybe some Type-S wheels eventually. It doesnt have Navigation either, is it a big ordeal to install a OEM Acura nav unit? Should I just settle for a Pioneer or some other aftermarket one??? Thanks, Jason
