newbie with a turbo

just bought my integra and bought a turbo goin on soon tell me what you think of turboing the b18b with tuning. so far i have had different opinions on this, some people say it will blow the motor but i disagree and so doesnt my friend who has done it and its suppose to make 300 hp just let me know wat you think
