newbie with a problem

well first off i own a 2000 acura integra ls.....83,544 on it when i got it....currently has 92,000 and now its first problem has risen......when i turned on my headlights tonight my wipers came on....and i got outside the car and the driverside headlight is dimmed and the passenger side is fine....and both my high beams are on really low....my driver side turn signal will not work.....but when i turn the switch just to parking lamps my left turn signal will work again and the wipers will stop....when i flip my highbeam switch only the passenger side lights are on and the driver side parking lamp is slightly dimmer than the other....and last but not least my horn isn't working now.....could someone please point me in the right direction as to where to go from here....i had to stop driving at night because of this problem....i'm thinking a short.....but where do i check first...? could someone please help a fellow newbie member out.....


any help would be greatly appreciated.....sorry for the long post....

it sounds like 1 of the chassis grounds has failed



i have seen headlight bulds burn out and the damaged filiament falls into the good one causeing odd backfeeds



headlight/turnsigal/wiper switches do go bad often in honda/acuras.



check your fuses

check your headlight bulds.



go see a tech with wiring skills and always ask lots of questions.

also look for wires that might have melted together thats would cause multiple things to happen when not suppose to be on
