New Acura Owner!
#1
Hi all,
I just bought a used 2005 Acura MDX Tech and will be picking it up in a couple days. Words can not express the excitement, I feel like a child! The environment at the dealership and the friendliness of the salesperson were incredible, I never thought buying a car would be such a pleasant experience.
I had been to many other dealerships in my search for a new vehicle, but had never been overly enthusiastic about the dealership experience.
The ride is so incredibly smooth, it has a GPS system and a camera in the rear that looks behind the vehicle as you're backing up and shows you on the GPS screen, so you can make sure you don't bump into anyone/anything, DVD player, 6-CD changer, front and rear heated seats, and provides the perfect amount of space for the gigs I play at (I'm a professional musician, by the way).
I'm sorry if I seem over-excited, but this is my first luxury car and since coming home from the dealership and being notified of the approval for financing, I haven't been able to sit down for very long periods due to the excitement.
So I just wanted to introduce myself. Once I get some pics of myself with my new sweet ride, I'll be sure to post them.
I hope this post doesn't come off as obnoxious, I just wanted to introduce myself as a new Acura owner and member of the forum. Cheers!

ROCK ON
those MDX's are sweet
do your self a favor and get and follow the maintaince schedule.
the rear diff on that vehicle is picky and expensive.
the transmission can go 300k miles but not if its maintained.
gratz on the new ride. cant wait to see them pics...
