Hey all

I am the proud owner of a 91 integra gs i have put a lot of money into thiscar show and go but the past few years ive been having problems. Whenever it gets cold outside the cooling fan on the right side comes on why i don't know and then the car wont start later. This only happens when the temperature is cold outside. My battery acts like it is being drained but it has been tested several times and is in good shape as is the alternator. Any suggestions? thanx
