Hey all,
I have owned 15 Toyotas in my time.:confused: Yes I am old.:cool: I just bought my first Acura. It's a 1992 Legend L 4 door. This a kiss-PUDD ride.:D I am hooked on Acura now. The only problem is that the tranny took a dump on me at a 120 mph.:eek:
I have done 4 conversions from automatic to standards in my previous Toyotas. Has anyone done conversions like this in the type of Legend I have?:confused: It is not the Type II.:(
If so, what did it take? Any info would be great.

as long as you have all the parts and the right ecu or have the ecu chipped it can be done. 5 speed has to have a 5 speed ecu plus it has to be a a l or ls 5 speed ecu same as the 6 speed it has to be a l if your car is a l but a ls will work just fine if your car isnt a LS. type 2 motros came in all 93-95 coupes. Only the 94 and 95 GS had the t2's in the sedan not LS but GS.
