acura 2004 TL non-nav to nav

Can you install a acura TL factory nav head unit from a 05' Acura TL into a 04 Acura TL without nav? Will it plug right in or does it need any extra wiring harness? I can purchase the head unit alone but im not sure if it will work properly.
