Default New 2019 has Shimmy in wheel at 55-60 MPH?

Just picked up my new MDX and now detect a Shimmy in the Steering wheel at 55-60 MPH. Also, it feels like its just not wheel balancing but a slight vibration in the front (SH-AWD problem?) . And when hitting the brakes at higher speeds on the highway, the front wheels vibrate. Thats front disks that are warped. This was UNEXPECTED from Acura product for me. This is my first Acura (we do have a 2016 Honda CRV), I have had 4 Infinitis over the past 12 years : 2007 G35 ; 2010 G37; 2013 M37; and 2016 QX60. Other than small items like window motors all was good. I have had one with Warped Rotors , so I know the way that feels. Anyone else ?

As a Follow up, Acura Dealer, replaced the front rotors and balanced the Front Wheels. The Shimmy is better, but still there at 50-60+ mph. Called the Dealer today to bring the car back. 3 Weeks to get a Loaner ???? Apparently, Acura with 3 recalls is swamped with Loan er requests for the recall repairs. That's ridiculous. In fact, when I brought my car in for the first time, one week after taking delivery, the Dealer, Acura of Westchester, had to supply a car via Enterprise.... A 2019 Dodge Durango, which much to my surprise was a very good vehicle. The Drivetrain and Engine (V-6) was an excellent combination. Much better take off speed and less hesitation that the MDX. But it drove "bigger" and the MDX handles somewhat better as well.
