Multiple warning lights

2007 MDX has warning lights for ABS, All Wheel drive, Traction control, Air bags and Trailer stability. All of these came on last night when the wife was driving the car--this morning--none of the lights are on but there are messages in the Nav system related to all of them??

Take your vehicle to an AutoZone and have all the codes read for Free..that's what they do for you!
