Hi, i need to buy a SUV in 2 weeks. I wanted a MDX and getting a good deal. My only dilemma is that Acura is working on 2010 MDX and will be released in September.
I want to know if the resale value of 2009 will go down if the next model is out.

ReSale should stay the same for awhile , then it will plunge down after the New Ones come out...

 

See if you have fixed the money i dont think that its resale value will go dowd. Why dont you go to the showroom and clear your doubts.

 

If you need it in two weeks, forget the 2010. I believe they are being delayed because of some production issues on the new powertrain. Also there are incentives right now on the 09 which will yield you a better price - it is also the end of the year and the end of the month. I would nego. a deal by the end of next week for the best price. We just bought ours today. 2009 MDX Tech and Entertainment (no sport) 41,790 + 349 Doc fee plus tax.

We researched the heck out of this. You should be paying basically 5 grand off sticker. You will not see that deal on the 2010.

 

Assume it will pass september and add more time for its release.Unless you really want it,worthy to wait the latest car of acura but if you're in a hurry,you could try other models which was already released.

Yeah i think it will go down. We can just wait for this now.
