Not sure what to do. We bought a new 2017 MDX with Tech package in November 2017, vehicle has only 17000 miles on it. We love the car, but MAN are the "leatherette" seats poor quality! The side bolsters have developed deep ridges in them, and the flat area of the seat has raised "bumps", kind of like someone didn't do their job at the factory, One would think a $51,000 vehicle would have higher quality interior in it. The only way to get nicer leather was spending $4000 more on an Advance package, which had other stuff we did not want or need. Very disappointing, and the Acura dealer doesn't see anything amiss. Should I try writing Acura and notify them of my unhappiness? Honestly, I owned two Accords and the interiors were nicer and held up better...... Thoughts?
