Diagnostic plug no power as well as no door lock
 

My 2007 acura mdx has no power to the diagnostic plug and the door lock switch on the door don't work as well as the fob and the rear hatch as well. Checked fuses and could not find a bad one. At a loss any suggestions would be much appreciated.
