sunroof won’t open

I have a 1991 legend that sunroof doesn't work, I've checked the fuse and tested the switch using a 12volt tester I didn't see any current from the switch wires, what else should I check?

this may seem redundant but did you check the relay box in the engine
conpartment? maybe switch wires to ground for power. get a bigger
hammer and hit the damn motor.
