I replaced my steering rack but now I think the winder under the wheel is broken. Does anyone know if it can be repaired?

 

You cant splice it back togater the only thing you can do is get a new one from the dealership and put it in carefully. I replaced my steering wheel with a momo and the person who had it before my tried to splice it and itdidn'twork.
