Speedometer Issues, Mechanic Cant Help

I'm having issues with my Acura Legend's Speedometer. After about 20 or so MPH the dial starts jumping around. My mechanic was able to fix it, but after about a week it returned to its malfunction.

Any help you can provide would be excellent.
