thats a good list of goodies so here it is short and sweet.
1 check your fuses
2 get a new mast for the antenna (its cable is broken)
3 climat control head deffective or its controller module.
4 are the plug wires solid core? does a type 2 have plug wires? (now i will have to go check)
also look for corroded wires at the batt and the ground strap from the engine to the chassis
5 fix the abs a used pump assemble can cost about 100 bucks install at 150 and car wreck because a devective ABS system failed will cost at least 100 times more...if not some ones life.

dave at scotts has antenna masts and abs pumps (used)

I dont think there are plug wires because it has individual coil packs like the lancer and you can actualy get aftermarket wires, or so ive been told. The problem with your abs could be that your abs computer is bad it is located under the back seat on the pasenger side and I believe it is a few hundred dollars.
