Fan only works on Hi

I have a 1992 Legend L Sedan manual and the climate control fan only
works on Hi. I was wandering if anyone could help me to tell me
if it is just a bad switch or sothing else.

Most likely your fan transistor is bad. It is located behind the glovebox and is black.
