I have Acura'92 in great running condition. This is registered in PA. I was having some overheating problem coz of putting stop leak in radiator. I replaced my radiator and water pump last month. It has only 175k miles on it. I am running this car without thermostat. I know it is quick fix to repair the car. Actually I am in US for my project and will be going back to India after 3 months. Thats why I dont want any botheration of fixing it, as I have no problem running the car. I was planning to sell it for $2000. If you are serious about buying this car I can send you pictures and negotiate on the price.

Actually the problem you are haveing is probably because your head gasket is blown its a pretty comon problem with older legends it happend to my 93 and the problems were exactly the same but it cost 3000 to fix.

This is not head gasket problem. I am not loosing my coolent or any type of OIL/COOLENT mixup. It happened only after putting radiator stop leak. I think coolent is not circulating properly and I am getting stop leak in my coolent even after flushing it. It may need 2/3 more flushes to get normal. I have also ordered Prestone AS100 Heavy Duty Cleaner today and will flush cooling system using it. GM also used it as P/N 12346500 for cooling system clogging problem. I was not able to find it in any stores but got it online, so update you after giving it a try.

I never had any fluid mix eitherthats why everyone I took it to never figured it out. It just kept over heating until hoses started popping. Then they found exhaust gasses in my radiator with some special tool.

No I dont know exactly what tool it was but it screwed onto the radiator cap and a little guage tells you if there are exhaust gasses in the radiator. The test was very cheap or free I dont remember it was 3 years ago. If it has'nt over heated really bad it should be fixable because if it gets too hot it will warp the head and you will need a new one and they are'nt cheap. My advice if you are going to fix it is to take it to an import shop not the dealer because it will save you alot of money.
