D4 blinking on my LS coupe 94 please help
 

My car; 94 Ls coupe

What was happening; d4 blinking, tranny shifting real bad, speedo jumping, and non-functioning, all light going nuts like a major xmas tree, and ABS light coming on after driver for a short period.

What I have done; replaced the original transmission with used lower km transmission out of a 95 legend coupe, did Cat delete with new exhaust (sounds amazing), when I replaced tranny it had a bad top mount so I replaced that too, replaced VSS sensor.

What is the current problems; d4 still blinking, speedo is working, ABS light still coming on after driving a block or two.

Could someone please send me the proper procedures (or a link) for manual code reading, and code reader instructions (I cannot find the blue obd1 port looked high and low right side under glove box lower panel, and located ECU do you plug it in there?)

In addition, can I get a link for the code charts for this vehicle?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will post pictures of this beautiful example of a fully restored 94 ls coupe.
