what would allow one wheel/axel to rotate without the other ..... trans or differential? i assume differential but ive never opened up either of them. axel is not bad or a least from what i see where it slips into....any suggestions ?? < => <!-- var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //--> </> |
by def a open differential will allow 1 wheel to spin without moving the other.
now if you have a car tha no longer moves and when its jacked into the air only 1 wheel moves then look into broken axles. if ANYTHING is moving then its not the transmission. i guess you could have blown the side gears out if the diff. i have never seen it but hell anything is possiable. < src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-41"; urchinTracker(); </> |
< src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" =text/> </> i get no movement on either side when jacked and in gear...just a turning/zipping sound.... i assume now trans ?? < =text/> _uacct = "UA-939292-41"; urchinTracker(); </> < => <!-- var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //--> </> |
