Talking 92 Acura Legend L

Hey all,
I just bought my first Acura. It's a 1992 Legend L 4 door. This a kiss-|BUTT ride. I am hooked on Acura now. The only problem is that the tranny took a dump on me at a 120 mph.
I have done 4 conversions from automatic to standards in my previous Toyotas. Has anyone done conversions like this in the type of Legend I have? It is not the Type II.
If so, what did it take? Any info would be great.
Thanks

I recently bought a 1990 acura legend LS and i am looking for a frontbumperone piece, drivers side front fender, and drivers side headlighthousing. If anyone has any of these for sale, i would appreciate it. Doesnot matter what color, as long as they are in good shape.

I have a 94 Acura Legend. Recently I am noticing the car shaking quitea bit when I stop or in idle. If the engine is running and in Park itis fine. Or if I am driving above 30 mph or so it is fine. What mightsome potential reasons for this?ThanksR

m sure, with the right tools you can put anything anywhere. But the Legends were all 2.5 or 2.7L V6's, why swap in a smaller I4 (granted, it has a much larger after market, but if your willing to go through the trouble of a swap, why not just build up what in there?)

if you have a trans problem you can swop it but if the engine is a type 2 engine you will need a type 2 trans as the they ecu will cause the trans to shift wrong.
