1995 Acura Legend GS

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this site and am having an issue with my 1995 acura legend gs rpms. They bounce when I am driving but it only happens below 60mph. The mph gauge goes down smoothly but the rpm bounce. This is my second legend and have never experienced this before. Here is a video:

Either the gauge is bad or something strange is going on in your ignition, and the tachometer is getting an erratic signal.

you need a VSS (vehicle speed sensor) repair kit. Very common problem on G2 Legends.

The best price will be on Rockauto, but they can be had at the Acura dealers for around 80$
