i spun a rod bearing in my ls and now have a hole in my block so im looking to buy a new engine and my tranny ispretty much sh*t so im going to go for a whole swap and am wanting to get a type r engine. id like to know what all i will need for the complete swap??? please help me out. and if you know of any good companies i could buy a complete swap from. thanks
