I HAVE A 91 INTEGRA LS WITH AUTO TRANS. SOMETIMES THE CAR WILL NOT START, ENGINE TURNS BUT WILL NOT START. WHEN THIS HAPPENS THE S3 LIGHT ON THE DASH BLINKS, AND CONTINUES TO BLINK UNTIL THE IGNITION IS TURNED OFF. WHILE THIS IS HAPPENING THE CAR IS NOT GETTING ANY SPARK OR GAS. AS I CONTINUE TRYING TO START THE CAR,(A FEW TIMES EACH DAY) EVENTUALLY I WILL TURN THE KEY AND NOTICE THE S3 LIGHT IS NOT BLINKING, AND THE CAR WILL START AND RUN FINE.

main buss relay

MAIN BUSS RELAY

***MAIN BUSS RELAY***

the main buss relay on those is junk and will go out.

when it does it will not power up you ecm or fuel pump.

the fast test for that is to pull up your carpet on the pass side under the dash till you find your ecm.

then look for the little glass eye it has a little red LED in it stare
at it while turning you car to the run position. it should
blink 1 time.

if not then its not getting power. via the MAIN BUSS RELAY (also called the main fuse relay)

main buss relay is tan and gray and mounted under the dash on the driver side with 1, 10 mm headed bolt.

cost on it is around 65 bucks.

P.S. check all your fuses too. i have been wrong before
