Motor removal & installation

Iam getting a 1988 Integra w/ AT and I need help on taking out the blown motor and installing a lower mileage, same year 1.6L. I am also considering performance exhaust from headers back and relacing intake w/ performance intake as well. Maybe even shift kit if available. Can anyone hook me up with any diagrams on "how to" and "how long"? Also, any suggestions for performance parts that won't break the bank would be appreciated. I am on a limited budget. I am trying to sell my 1992 Lexus Ls400for no less than $1500. My budget would be as follows:
+$1500 Lexus
-$300 Integra
-$350 Motor

$850 Parts/misc. expenses
