i have a 95 gs-r and i have an exhaust and a 4-1 header and i can tell alot because if you have the flow from the intake and not through the exhaust then you will be running lean but what ever you do dont get a 4-2-1 header it will restrive the flow

I have a 95 GS-R with a b18C1 i have an AEM v2 ($250)full cold air intake, a DC sports header ($250) and an RSR concept exhaust ($500)its nice a stock quiet .. I used to have an Apexi and it was insanely loud and ricey i hated it worst investment ever... it all depends on what you want and the amout you want to spend.... but mine gives me plenty of power andI am very happy with it
