Misfire on 1 & 2 follows dead battery

Misfire on 1 & 2 follows dead battery
Hey folks,
Had my "maintenance required" light come on again at 120k on my 96 LS, been on for a while. Left headlights on for a bit, drained battery, had to jump her. On the way home the CEL came on and she started running rough. Codes P0301, P0302 and P1300 which are misfires on 1 &2, and "boost calibration fault", respectively.
What service is the light on for at 120k? Only thing I can think of is replacing the plugs every 60k, but would the light come on for that?
The above might be totally unrelated, but I'm just throwing it out there in case they might be connected, before I begin the whole troubleshooting process. Thanks.Reply
