LS tranismission grinding
#1
I have a 90 integra LS and the transmission grinds when i shift into fourth gear. i replaced the tranismission lite 6000 miles ago and now it grinds. Funny things is that I changed the transmission because of the same problem. is this a common problem with b-series cable trannys or did I get suckered by a mechanic?

this is very common. Good news, I have the cure. There is a tranny fluid out there called "b.g. syncroshift." I bought it online after a ton of research. I was grinding in a couple of gears. Put the fluid in and the grinding went away. It worked for me and my cousin. I have the same car as you. This stuff works.

I have a 91 GS Integra and I always put 10w30 in it. I actually never had the gear grinding problem though. If you are ever looking for parts for your car I know a great website that I get all my parts from and they are the cheapest on the web.

I would like to know that website if you could email it to me or something celica_ra21@yahoo.com I have a 91 LS-S and my grinding happens in 3 and 5 when i get on it but it doesnt happen if i double clutch it. Is that bg stuff better then the B&M shift or whatever? Only reason i ask is because i can get the B&M stuff locally.
BTW i seafoamed my teg today and it is running a lot smoother now. I did it through the booster line.
