Keyless entry only works on driver door
 

I have a 1998 Integra GS 4-door sedan.
My problem is my factory key fob now only locks and unlocks the driver side door.
1. It used to lock and unlock all four doors.
2. The key will also lock and unlock either the driver or passenger doors.
3. If I lock the passenger door with the key from outside the car, the driver door also locks & unlocks.
4. While inside the car, the electric lock lever on the driver door only locks/unlocks the driver door. The passenger electric lock lever only locks/unlocks the driver door!
5. Rear seat passenger doors do not lock or unlock electrically whatsoever.

Has anyone had this malfunction or a portion of the malfunction and how did you fix it?
