Integra clutch problem???

i have a 1994 acura integra stick shift as i was driving 40mph on the street it began to slow down and then when i park i drove it again later on it wont drive pass 5mph it makes a weird noise when i drive the car and the noise seems to be coming from around the trans the stick shift is woring fine im guessing is the clutch does any have ideas what can the problem be.
