get a full exhaust kit....not just the muffler tip. a muffler tip will only improve the look and sound of your car.

I have a stock '92 Integra with 136k on the clock. I was getting about 340-350 miles per tank using my normal driving habits. i.e. 10 mph over limit, accelerating briskly and shifting at ~4000 to 5000 rpm, carrying speed fairly close to corners and stops etc.

When fuel prices rose sharply last year I started to reallywatch my driving habits. I started driving about the speed limit, accelerating quite gently and shifting at 2000-2500 rpm, and coasting in gear from well before all expected corners and stops.

I now get 430-450 miles per tank
