didn't have any experience with any code... though it might be the best if you just checked it with auto zone. i mostly do my own repair and maintenance at home and just buy truck parts online so i can't give much info. < src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-41";

yes a low cat eff code is quite common in these hondas, acuras.

ever run race gas?

ever run at or neer redline for more than 10 seconds?

ever run more than 1 bottle of octain boost?

does the car have over 100k miles?

got new headers?

have you hit a bump and damaged the exhaust?

If you have to any of these then im betting your cattilitic converter
is low of effiency because its going bad. and needs replaced (a
good excuse to get that massive hypo high flow cat installed)

there is also a chance that the rear Oxygen sensor if faulty, and needs replaced.

unfortunatly its very hard to tell if the cat is bad or if the sender is bad making the cat look bad.

hypo cats can be installed for about 150-200

new oxygen senders 200-250

if it were mine i would go to the exhaust shop and have a screamin high
flow cat installed in hopes that it fixes it. (but keep in mind that
you may also be replacing the sender as well).
