'88 Integra CEL comes on when cruising on the highway between 55 and 65 mph.

It only lights up when I need to reduce speed by braking. I believe it also happens when just coasting but would need to double check.

Any idea what could cause this? I'm at a loss here.

 

Get the code....ecu should be under the drivers seat. From behind the seat, there should be a plastic window you need to open - pull from the top.

Turn the key to "on". Count the number of flashes from the led light in the "window". Count them a few times so you know you got it - the codes will repeat over and over. Let us know the number of flashes.
